Pros

A four month internship. Working on linux kernel quality engineering Workflow is relaxing Pretty well-paid And flexible working hours. For full-time employee, 1.5day/month PTO is competitive in China and Work-from homw is encouraged.

Cons

Well the payment is not the best in Beijing. salary is medium. And the bonus might not be competitive Flow of employees are horrible.

Pros

A stable growing company. Ability for internal career growth is strong. Lots of good benefits. Industry leader with strong momentum.

Cons

Growing pains painfully obvious, HQ in NC, so not Bay Area culture. Poor pay as compared to similar roles at other Bay Area organizations.

Pros

Red Hat is special in the software industry because its business model based in open source development. Its approach to customers and its messages to the market are very interesting from the point of view of a sales representative.

Cons

Typical downsides of any software start-up company. In may case, the main pain, is my country manager given his lack of participation with the sales activity and his lack of plans for the long-term.
