Pros

Surrounded by talented and intelligent workers. The ability to learn and grow and opportunities provided could be unparalleled. The people you work with and around are amazing.

Cons

The culture is slowly being stripped away, if not already gone. It seems there is some expectation that we are a military instalment, and should follow blindly as such.

Pros

Smart people, pretty well organized, and supportive of employees. There is good work to do and you really can feel like you are changing the world.

Cons

Their growth creates challenges with communication and with conflicting assignments and priorities. Some folks (mid-level managers) are rather taken with themselves. Pay could definitely be better.

Pay is a bit low. I received a 33% raise when I left RHT.
