Pros

Smart developers. Strong Open Source community

Cons

Company culture of "Collaboration" and "Trust" are bogus. Very little collaboration and the political environment makes the company very distrustful of its employees.

Pros

Strong growth in each quarter; Fairly good working environment but exclude remote offices;

Cons

I take this job when I saw so many good feedback from this website. But I'm wrong because the business environment locally is not the same. Political disruption makes the business not well. Limited information sharing, bad communication and poor marketing. It has not built up an effective platform to run business smoothly.
