Pros

Collaboration is encouraged in all areas of the organization. There is a strong team work principle to win and help each other get better.

Cons

Larger competitors always putting pressure on the organization as a whole which resonates down to all employees. The pressure can be high on everyone regardless of role.

Pros

- Internal movement is facilitated (given you have necessary skills) - People with lots of passion about what they do, specially on the technical side. - Simple and Solid business model on the mainstream product (RHEL), very hard for anything to go wrong here.

Cons

- Lack of seniority and strategic vision from part o Sales and specially from Marketing. - Starting to show the growing pains of juvenile companies, such as: Bad, cost management (penny wise, pound foolish). Whole departments are being created to avoid firing people that don't perform.
