Pros

Great place to work. All the staff is friendly and open (in a good way). Plus free snacks is always a plus

Cons

Training here seems to be rushed. I know they are eager to get you working, but understanding the information is key

Pros

Open source culture is great, you get to participate (not just assist) to many conferences and meetups.

Cons

Very hard to innovate, very hard to change how things work, middle management and upper management values and goals are greatly unsynched. You have to be lucky to get in a sane working environment. New hires don't care about the open source culture, and push the company towards closed source practices.
