Pros

A cool place to work with in terms of flexibility with restrictions on what you should do. A place where you are limited by your own learning limits. Access to the some of the best minds.

Cons

Would be great to have the flexibility to work remotely (India) or from a office closer to home. A paygrade which is more focused on perks

Pros

Open Source Technology is cool

Cons

No transparency with management While they claim to be approachable... they aren't. Not at all. Very little diversity within organization (e.g. mostly Old White Males. The End.) Working with an enterprise product stack is less interesting than you might think
