A lot of perks and benefits given to employees Flexibility of work from home The work in engineering is really great No undue mental pressure Work on best technologies

Cons

The pay should be higher Quality of people being recruited is declining The management in India is not very transparent the hikes for engineers is every 18 months and should be higher

Collaborative environment, awesome colleagues, easy communication with management levels, participations in open source events, support to study languages and technology.

Cons

Lack of knowledge about local culture. Excess of paper work to have a reimbursement, hard to get salary improvement, misunderstanding from others sectors about what the support team does.

Great people is what makes the company an ideal work environment. Company doesn't really own any other assets than employees next to bunch of servers, buildings are being rented.

Cons

I don't think that company is equally fair to employees as far as wage goes. Plus sometimes you can really feel the stopping power of a big corporation.
