Pros

- Will get to learn a lot in a very less period of time. - Get to know best minds around you and will get to learn a lot from them. - Salary is transparent. You get all the components mentioned in your CTC unlike project based companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys where they slash huge amount from your CTC.

Cons

- Management performing a lot of experiments with their policies with mere hit-and-trial method. - Management is more bothered about the figures and reports rather than the technical growth of the employees. - They are not able to hire resources with requisite skills as it would need them to spend more money. - Salary structure is not appropriate and not competent to the market. And that is the reason good minds are leaving the organization. - Employees are asked to work on Public holidays. Working on a public holiday is paid but still it is by force, not by choice. - Micro management - Some of the people getting promoted on the basis of number of years spent in the organization, even though they are not suitable for that appropriate role. - Very less or negligible managers with technical skills.

Pros

1. Very good work culture than that of other Organizations 2. You will learn alot in very less time 3. Certifications <=== Red Hat Sponsored! 4. Unlimited Access to Red Hat Product Stack, Documentation, Knowledge Base, Internal Lists and many more. 5. You will feel confident due to communication with very high Customer Circle and Technically advanced.

Cons

1. The Management : This is really bad. You were initially able to select the domain in which you wanted to work in, now, it's allocated by the Management. You can not transit yourself in another domain of your interest. 2. Salary : Don't ask for Salary Hike, if you will ask, it will be denied or unexpected reasons will be given for NACK on Salary hike. 3. Employee : Want leaves! Manager : What about NO? 4. Work Pressure: They hire less technical people nowadays, don't know why. I see many technical people getting rejected but average getting selected which results into high work pressure on those who has expertise in a particular domain.

Pros

Flexible work environment, fantastic attitude amongst most of the employees, excellent corporate leadership including CEO, CFO, and CIO

Cons

On occasion, like most companies, there is a bit of politics going on. Not near as bad as many companies I have been at though.
