Its good that we do it every year, nice time to have and welcome break, some collaboration nice to see all participate.

Cons

Very boring week, same things from last how many years don't know...This is Red Hat week it should be celebrated like a festival...enjoy, fun but leaving enjoy and fun rest everything is there...Other Red Hat locations really enjoy the Red Hat week....but in Pune...its very boring. Don't feel like participating.

The amount of work being done, with the level that it is accomplished at, leaves the compensation below industry. - Travel - Work life balance. - At times, felt like staff augmentation. - Some frustrating coworkers. Culture of complete transparency can lead to lots of pedantic debates.
