Meritocracy based company. Openness. Every employer can share his thoughts freely. Depending ok your position you might be able to work from home! By far the most skilled colleagues I've ever had!

Cons

Sometimes talented people might tend to over-engineer solutions in a way that makes it harder to be consumed by final customers
