      Innovation happens at Red Hat. It is one of the most successful and fast-growing software companies in the world. If you like transparency, direct and open communication, flat hierarchies, best ideas being rewarded, then Red Hat is the place to be at.

      Cons

      Fast growth means fast pace. Fast pace means that you will struggle balancing life and work if you are not experienced in prioritizing your work and saying no.

      Cons

      Needs to mature its current portfolio of products and make them more enterprise ready. Although they are the largest Open Source company in the world, they are still needing to mature their core products.
