Pros

Culture and corevalues - freedom, courage, commitment, and accountability. Our colleague engineers are smart and clever people with passion for open source technology. I enjoy spending my time both at office and remote. Company offer many chances and way to my development if you are ready for taking new challenges in a fast pace environment.

Cons

Said that, This environment and culture are not fit for all people - engineers, managers, supervisors or general contributor associates. Especially at the emergent technologies we are very focus on results and with big responsibilities. if you are looking for a slow pace place, it not will your cup of tea,

Pros

Fast paced. Fun. Usually the smartest people in the industry work here.

Cons

Promotion policy is way too restrictive. If you want to move up, its too difficult. Pay is literally 20% lower than it should be (at least in support)
