• Listens to people • Big budget for training, the highest I have seen in mu career • Red Hat certifications are free • Blameleds culture • Extra days off on top of statutory holidays • Alternative holidays or rest days when you are oncall • The best oncall rotation I have ever experienced, follow the sun model. And weekend oncall are not full days, and I get a day off afterwards • Quarterly bonus, depends on company and individual performance • No micromanagement • Fair treatment • They are always looking for improvements • many more
