      Great work-life balance (usually allows you to work as many days as you wish from home) Competitive salary Professional and motivated people Global and a truly distributed company - your peers are spread all over the world, which is a good opportunity to get exposed to different cultures

      Cons

      In my opinion, too many shifts in the company's focus area and targets. No Stock program for each employee.
