Pros

A lot of open-mindedness and understanding of life while working from home. I believe the company is mostly remote, aside from those roles that are necessary to work from within an office. There are a lot of opportunities to expand your career while working here. Also, with it being mostly remote, they earnestly work to connect you with other Red Hatters since a lot of us aren't in an office. Very nice atmosphere.
