Red Hat Czech in Brno is great place to learn about new technologies. Engineers have great opportunities to grow and apply their knowledge. You can easily be part of great well-known project and become a guru.

Cons

Not competitive compensation on Brno site. With skills required to work at Red Hat, it is easy to find employment in Brno that pays two times more.

Opensource values. Lot of opportunities for graduate students. Young collective. Informal and very friendly atmosphere. Great management which is in touch with lower employees. Benefits are good.

Cons

Absolutely lack of employees on senior level = after few years there's nobody to learn from. No real career development. Salary under average.
