* Open source methodologies * Technology used * you get to interact with community developers and take their feedback.

Cons

* People who are not familiar with Linux might have problem initially. But things will get sorted very fast as you will have friendly colleague who are always happy to help.

If you are a free software developer then working for Red Hat is a no-brainer. The Brno offices are the largest Red Hat development centre in the world and can boast of a wonderful work environment - it is international in nature, offers good colleagues and a flexible and helpful management.

Cons

Being in Czech Republic, salaries are not as high as they can be in Western European countries, but this is offset by a relatively lower cost of living.
