Pros

It's a super cool company. The best place to work, no doubts.

Cons

It's a little bit difficult to grow. It is true that you make your own career, but it is very difficult to get promoted unless you are willing to move to a different city or country (this could be an advantage for some people)

Sexist company

Pros

Lots of alcohol, fun activities, lots of money spent on team building, lavish company events, lots of hang overs and immature behaviour. Lots of time off. A lot like uni

Cons

No progression. Sexist company. Activities only suit those that are fit. No fat people need to apply. Run by very young people with no prior knowledge of other FMCG industries, who are then promoted into yes men

Pros

Free Red Bull to drink, you get to hear about a lot of cool events, its fun to say that you work for Red Bull, fun office setting with games to relieve you stress.

Cons

Long work hours 12+, start time at 4:45 am, unrealistic volume goals, panic mode last week of every month, very few incentives for managers, babysitting grown adults, and senior managers who do not listen or care about their employees.
