This is a great entry level role to learn how to build and manage a team, manage projects, and drive execution in your market. If you really want to learn marketing, this is an amazing place. Great benefits. They focus on your experience and motivates you to live life in the process.

Cons

Work-life balance is tough. Lots of random deadlines that pop up. Very limited in terms of diversity. But great overall.

Really friendly, likes to party, lots of redbull.

Cons

You will work around 12 hours a day. Asked to do more than any other vendor and paid either the same or less. Constant unrealistic expectations and non stop flow of “new priorities”.
