      Pros

      Dynamic, young company. Great brand and marketing. Looks super cool on cv.

      Cons

      Highly untrained management who don't support staff. HR is only there to do paperwork. The work environment is artificial: it looks cool but there is a reason for the high turn over of employees.

      Pros

      Good culture overall, not 100% corporate yet but headed in that direction. Still alot of growth to be apart of.

      Cons

      Under experienced upper management, expected to manipulate the system to show your worth, "sucess". I was always more interested in actual accomplishments rather than tricking the numbers/performance indicators. Higher volume territory's still trying to operate on small volume tactics and work expectancies. Too many hats to wear. You are the delivery driver, the market researcher, the salesman/women, the cooler delivery personel, the pricing police, and the auditor of truck inventory being loaded.

      Great benefits but could be better.

      Pros

      Pay is okay. Benefits are great. 401k is great. Does not require you to have much experience or education for each role.

      Cons

      Unreasonable work load. 10-12 hour days of physical labor for Account Sales Managers and 12-15 hours asked of District Sales Managers to be able to be successful. There is no personal life unless it is with Red Bull occupying your free time. Concerns aren't heard. Dismissed when they don't meet upper managements direction.
