- The brand Red Bull and Its recognition - Young but very successful company worldwide. - The relaxed but high performance culture inside the Organization. - Best company to start a professional career... Lots of oportunities for growing, specially on Marketing.... - Relaxed enviroment and very flexible time... - A truly international company.... It is usual to have tranning or international business trips to Austria or other Countries... - Great salaries and Benefits Vs other FMCGs at similar positions. Bonus are for everyone, not just for Managers & Directors.

Cons

- If you are over 40 years old, think twice to join this company... - Now the volume growth is not so high Vs previous years, so the company is starting to "save money"...

Nice first corporate job out of college. Nice pay but max's out around 60k. If willing to transfer promotions can happen yearly. Good benefits too.

Cons

Early hours 4-5 am. Days could be up to 12 hours. Care more for company than employees.

Cutting Edge/Creative environment/ Lots of autonomy/Build incredible relationships/Represent strong brand/ The most fun you will ever have working your ass off.

Cons

Lifestyle position.. work/life balance can get lost. Not conducive to family life. Not 9 to 5 position. Maintaining vast amounts of relationships weekly can be daunting especially when company goals change and past relationships are not as valued as they once were. phasing out the old bringing in the new.
