Pros

Company has no value for their sales people. Only marketing people are valued.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Benefits were good. Culture and opportunity were poor.

Pros

Easy product to sell but also has a false image of health problems which will cause any sales rep. to really have to expand skills of selling in a product that can have a negative image.

Cons

Management can not keep standards straight, if personal issues arise not willing to work with support. Upper management looks for new ways to make sales volume goals out of reach. Even going as far as shutting down the warehouse weeks leading up to the end of a quarter.

Pros

Freedom, take lunch or breaks whenever you need it. No boss breathing down your neck. Build relationships with store personnel.

Cons

Use of personal vehicle. Too many miles. 20 stops a day in 5 different cities.
