Red Bull is a very cool company to work for, it offers great benefits and is very cool to bring up in conversation. Red Bull is a dream company if you can find a job working for Red Bull North America.

Cons

Red Bull Distribution Center is a high pressure work environment at all times. You can never "win" and anything you achieve is never enough for a pat on the back. The constant increase in sales numbers is enough to drive any employee to their breaking point.

Company culture is unique, exciting and collaborative. Field teams are diverse and passionate- absolutely a family atmosphere. High expectations provide an excellent place to grow and improve your skills.

Cons

If you're not ready to immerse yourself in the brand, you'll be challenged. This is not a job for someone looking for a 9-5...work becomes the 'balance' - love the lifestyle and the brand, and be prepared to live it 24/7. Politics are prevalent, however no more than any other big corp.
