Pros

-The Red Bull culture is truly one of a kind -401K and health benefits are second to none -You can create your own efficiency and make your day much shorter if you can plan your daily route correctly.

Cons

-Extremely long hours, average day was about 10-12 hours -Having to sell more product without having the time to stock the things you already have makes for a very hectic day -Management often asks you to sell more product than the beverage market can bear, leading to irate store owners that have more Red Bull stock than they could ever imagine selling.

Pros

The events even though you have to pay for them. And it's an open floor layout which encourages people to interact.

Cons

They will burn you out. If you have children they don't care because most of them don't. And there's no opportunity for advancement. And if you need help learning something don't expect help from your manager because they advise you to figure it out!
