Pros

Lots of great culture, good people, growing business markets, many supporting businesses and an overall good learning and growing experience. Lots of celebrations done by a company well rooted in how to party for sure! The Culture and values are well rooted and intentionally planned out. I would work there again with a different reporting chain.

Cons

The US was much more independently operated from HQ in Austria at one tie and I think that was a better model. Different countries, different customs and some don't cross international boundaries well. Nationalistic pride pushed a lot of things into the US that were not great ideas over time. I don't mean bad. Just lowered my expectations. Benefits were really great but dropped down in the last 3-5 years. Not really great raises for anyone working there more than 4-5 years.

Pros

You get to travel sometimes for events and have all expenses paid for. They are really flexible with class schedules and understand school comes first. You really bond with your teammates and make the job a really fun time for everyone. It doesn't feel like work most days.

Cons

On rainy or cold days it sucks having to be outside and filling up the backpacks, but they provide you with really fashionable attire that's also warm and cozy!
