Pros

- Chill job, flexible hours - Drive the Red Bull mini cooper - Free case of Red Bull every month - Most RB full-time employees higher up started out on the Wings Team

Cons

- Disrespectful, scatterbrained management - No benefits (PTO, insurance) - Manager shifts blame away from herself and onto team captain and team members - Hours cut without notice - Role changing, receiving more work without more compensation (sales support missions now include windex-ing display cases at convenience stores and bodegas)

Pros

Free redbull, generous vacation accrual for full time employess, laid back work environment where anything goes. Also, it's virtually impossible to get fired here (trust me, some of my coworkers have been very deserving but still manage to have a job). They are a company that is big on promoting from within, so if you stick around, you can really move up in the company.

Cons

As a new employee, you get little to no training. The job description you're given at your interview is not exactly accurate, and I've been stuck doing jobs that are in no way related to my job description on a regular occuring basis. There's not a lot of support for anyone that works in operations, as really your world is supposed to revolve around making the salespeople happy. You never really are off the clock as sometimes your hours can get really crazy. Communication is poor (at best) from upper management and there's not a lot of follow through on things that they tell you they are working on. High turnover of employees.
