Pros

-Good pay -Great benefits -Access to plenty lots of fun events -Relaxed company culture

Cons

-Political system is an old boys club. Impossible to rise within the company without a direct connection to Austria (HQ) -Mentorship is non-existent -Lots of employees are un(der)qualified. Need to be more selective when hiring employees.

Pros

Good work life balance. Fantastic perks and benefits, very competitive salary. Relaxed, informal and friendly internal culture.

Cons

Some internal processes are not as developed when compared to other large companies. Strained relationships between HQ and the US organisation. Very flat organisational structure, opportunities to advance are limited.
