There is decent upward career growth especially if you are willing to move! Living the Red Bull lifestyle is super fun and rewarding as you have the opportunity to attend events and festivals while you work! You will make great connections within the organization as well as partner organizations deeping your network through a top brand.

Red Bull truly embodies the work hard play hard lifestyle hours can get long but the experience is unlike any other.

Environment amongst coworkers is pretty good, you will receive better feedback and support from those who have been around. Benefits are fantastic. Use them, you will definitely need it.

Cons

Support from management is not there. You are on your own. Very little coaching. Lots of stops and hours. You have the title manager even though you don't manage anyone. Sure you manage the sales aspect and business relationships, but that's it. It's really to get around paying you hourly.
