Pros

The health insurance was excellent

Cons

Where to start, first off if you want work life balance this is not the job for you. Long hours are normal, so good luck perusing anything outside of Redbull. Account sales managers are over worked and under paid, always being pressured to go above and beyond for little pay. Base pay is a joke, for the amount of hours you work. The commission structure gives you penny’s when the company is making dollars. Some of the management is a joke, they sit around and do nothing while you are out working hard only to come back and get reprimanded for the smallest of issues. Talking about sales they push, to the point that store managers become upset, I’ve seen this multiple times.

Pros

Great schedule, no major holidays to work, no weekends, great benefits, friendly environment

Cons

Sometimes managers likes micromanaging you because they need a certain number to hit, or sometimes they won’t let you back into the building until you hit a double sell number or a big boss is in the office. Then that kills the warehouse people loading trucks when everybody comes back at once. Petty stuff. This isn’t an everyday deal just once in a while.

Pros

Affordable benefits, Free Product and, the leader in its industry.

Cons

Long hours dont get sold on the 8 hours day it is not happening, if you want to be successful in your territory you must put in long hours to visit each account. Lack of transparency when it comes to the monthly goals. Not enough money for the amount of work that needs to be done, lack of support from management. Lots of morning meetings which will actually delay the time that you get out of the Warehouse to then run your route which means you will come back very late. The list goes on and on, there are too many problems in this company in this position. Run away from it there are much better jobs out there for more money and less work.
