Pros

They have very inexpensive benefits that are great if you have a family.

Cons

You’re very overworked and very underpaid. Red Bull itself has been making money faster than it can be printed since Covid. All of the other distributors in the same area( Dallas/Fort Worth) have started giving raises due to cost of living rising and the overwhelming amount of work the beverage industry has undertaken and Red Bull has yet to budge.

Can be political to move up, however if you play your cards right you can make it into Full-time employment.
