Pros

The company culture is great for a young, driven person. The benefits of upper management is very attractive. The reputation Red Bull has carries strongly into your resume for future employment.

Cons

The whole company is driven off of the brand which can be narrowed down to innovative ideas and being an industry leader. The problem with this is that most ideas which are being promoted are either for events with very short lives or are just not transferrable in your market. Regardless of whether your market has interest in a specific promotion you are basically forced by upper management to follow through with it even though it makes no sense and you know it will not bring in a big crowd. (i.e. a failure on execution) The only way to get a job or move up in your career is to kiss up to the decision makers in the company. The people who get jobs are often those who have the least feasible ideas but have very brown noses. Regardless of being qualified for several jobs, i will not be hired because i do not over promise and under deliver. While an immediate manager was not in office during the majority of my tenure, i was often left with very little direction and rarely updated on current events and promotions. I was able to do my job fine but i am sure that my efforts were overlooked by senior management.

Pros

Red Bull North America promotes a fantastic working environment, with endless perks for working for the company. Additionally, it is an extremely young company that has a huge growth potential for the future

Cons

There are very few downsides for working for Red Bull North America. The pay is somewhat low, but it is very fair in comparison with other similar corporations

Pros

Red Bull became a company I can trust and be proud of. I learned to love the product, and that showed in my work. When I got to travel for Red Bull, all the events were a lot of fun and memorable. This job helped me learn how to communicate with all types of people. I also really enjoyed the flexible hours because I was in school at the time.

Cons

As a WTM, the pay would not go up, despite the years invested into the job. Although with a bachelors degree you could apply for a management position and work up the corporate ladder.
