Fun but time consuming, strict but compensated with perks.

Fun events, young company, very tuned in with extreme sports, music, culture, and youth culture.

Cons

Long hours (on call in a way), event work at night. The structure of the company is sometimes not efficient; I've dealt with poor communication and planning skills, but it's dependent on who your supervisor is. High company turnover rate.

An inspiring brand to work for Exposure to worldwide sports and cultural events Very energetic and passionate employees Some really great and professional people Great product and motivating history of the company and its Founder Many innovative and breakthrough activities, which could not be executed in some larger FMCG companies Very fast pace of creating and executing projects Open-minded culture, lots of space for self expression

Cons

Almost no work/life balance (which is compensated by the extremely interesting projects for the first months, until you get really tired) Low level of management competencies, poor leadership skills among management Often employees are mistreated and underappreciated, which looks like an HR technique to keep people unsatissfied with their own performance and trying harder Favouritism Lack of structure, poor business processes, lack of communication among departments, which makes it more diffucult to run the projects
