Pros

Fun environment, great people. As an on-field representative, you meet a lot of new people all over the area. The job itself is really fun if you are outgoing and social. They work with your hours and school schedule.

Cons

They tend to fire field reps after a year to get younger workers to represent their company. They also switch managers quite a bit so the reps constantly need to get adjusted to a new supervisor's work style.

Cons

- less than adequate pay - somewhat unstable job security - Company prefers to contract the individual instead of making them a full-time employee

Pros

Their benefits package is amazing.

Cons

You will work 80+ hours a week, will have no personal life, and will have no chance of advancing within the company.
