Pros

Red Bull North America is a great place to work. The employees come from all walks of life and are generally very welcoming. The company is a global brand that is instantly recognizable.

Cons

Although the company prides itself on being young and innovative- Red Bull is an extremely vertical structure in terms of hierarchy. The company has an extremely high turnover rate in general- from temporary employees to executives and everything in between.

Pros

lots of trips, company car, learning opportunities within the company, responsibility was divided up evenly between the teams. fun to think of ways to promote the product.

Cons

way too much research, management was oblivious to what was going on within the team, some sampling was annoying and unrealistic, bothersome to customers.

Pros

The perks are endless. A lot of campuses have student "reps" but this job really immerses you into it all.

Cons

Set your own "hours". You need to be organized. Reward yourself or seek for reward because it will not be given lightly.
