Free Red Bull, Good salary pay, the office culture is very laid back with your two bosses (FMS, FMM) and a well known company to work for and put on your resume.

Cons

Red Bull has a very specific way of doing things and doesn't necessarily appreciate outside of the box thinking, they have one way to do it and you must do it that way.

Red Bull allows you the opportunity to experience things you never thought you could - meet your heros, see history in the making, have your air hairs stand on end more times than you can count. It will challenge you to constantly think outside the box. Amazing benefits, great work culture.

Cons

Work life balance is a serious challenge, and bonus's are pretty weak compared to some other companies
