      Pros

      An awesome place to work, especially as a college student. Tons of energy and creativity, and a corporate culture built on these values. Very stimulating environment to work in. Always challenging to be better than the day before. Pushing the limits and exceeding expectations is normal. Hard workers and results-driven individuals will thrive and work their way up the ranks. Plenty of opportunity for relationship building with both management, local influencers, and even some athletes. Great marketing experience from one of the most innovative marketers out there. AND it never hurts to have free cases of Red Bull around your dorm any time you want.

      Pros

      The company has great culture and they treat you pretty fairly in regards to compensation. There are a lot of opportunities for travel. The job is a lot of fun and you meet a lot of cool people. There are a lot of perks that come with the job.

      Cons

      Always something coming up last minute, so you need a flexible schedule. Not all shifts go according to plan so you have to prepare for the worst and think on your feet.
