Flexibility, Good salary for a part time student, Amazing people to interact with.Overall its a win-win for a student with good contacts in campus.

Cons

Have to work in the month of exams too. Sometimes you run out of ideas to keep up with the job role. Some of the tasks can get you in trouble at your college level.

I worked as a Wings Team Member and I can honestly say it was the best job to have during college. Great pay, awesome team to work with, and an overall fun time. Really flexible hours as well. As a student, it was very easy to make a schedule during the semester.

Cons

Cannot think of any for a Wings Team Member.
