Pros

Team work is encouraged and independent ideas are reviewed and executed. You can create a great network of contacts to continue a career in experiential marketing.

Cons

Awesome ideas for activations are not capitalized on. There seems to be a boys club where not many women are at the top. A lot of people that know each other get each other jobs at Red Bull. If an opinion leader has a cousin, that cousin would get a job at Red Bull just to maintain that opinion leaders relationship.

Pros

Exciting and creative environment with very passionate employees. Management encourages growth and development with opportunities to move across global Red Bull markets.

Cons

Work / life balance is almost non-existent as the sheer volume of projects at any given time is great. Salary increases are underwhelming and at times it feels like employees out in more than they get.
