There are very good perks in terms of marketing events and promotions. The company has a great strategic plan is cares about its employees.

Cons

The only challenge that I can think of deals with the constant need to be out in the field and interacting hands-on.

Extremely flexible and perfect college job. Represent your entire campus by choosing types of events and with which Organizations. Several Perks and no car is needed

Cons

Sometimes difficult to communicate with team. Budget is always unclear and is hard to obtain equipment for certain events. Impossible to have certain events on a 'Pepsi' campus.
