Its Red Bull! People love it, and you will rarely have a boring day.

Cons

Upper management is shaky at best. There is no work-life balance and compensation is on the low end.

Pros

Extremely fast-paced company that puts a lot of responsibility on you. They are an amazing company that expects the best out of each and every employee. Everyone is extremely nice, gets along, and it really doens't feel like work!

Cons

Compensation could be a little higher, but it isn't bad and the work is still worth it!

Red Bull is a very exciting brand and is special company in the CPG world. Over the least 20 years it has seen high growth and lots of cool experiences to share with employees. Lots of outings and events. Very entrepreneurial atmosphere

Cons

Not good if you need structure or direction. Very flat organization so its difficult to be promoted. Lots of lateral changes.
