Pros

Decent benifits and great atmosphere! Offices are newer and kept up to date. Great field staff.

Cons

Green senior management. Long hours seven days a week for most. Will always do more than what your job description says. Head count off for most departments. Austrian ran company doesn't understand U.S. demographics. Turn over is unbelievable with most not making past 5 years. No one has retired to date.

Only good reason was the benefits they offered for my family. Other then that horrible

Cons

Expected 11+ hr days, never good enough, no room for improvement unless you know someone or like the told me "drink the Kool aid"
