The company offers good benefits, an onsite gym or gym membership, and empowers employees to conduct business and make proper decisions in the course of business.

Cons

There could be more internal communication regarding business strategy which isn't readily communicated down in step-manner from senior management to lower level employees. Some may find nepotism exists in certain departments.

Great hours and my boss is awesome. I believe you get what you into it. Endless possibilities if your willing to work for it.

Cons

Not a lot of cons I can think of at the moment. As a merchandiser your not able to meet a lot of the other employees of the company.

Great environment, great team players and fun job. Opportunities to meet people from all over and everyday is different at work.

Cons

Not much room for advancement, job for the youth and only starter position
