      incredible hands-on experience where you learn new skills every single day; a ton of interpersonal communication; great work-life balance; competitive pay; friendly and exciting team; busy days where you don't have to waste your time in the office all the time -- you actually get to help; transparency helps you gain a better perspective on how Red Bull operates

      internal culture could be a little more fun and there could be more opportunities for the employees to communicate and get closer inside and outside of the work environment

      fun and easy job. Meet lots of people and get to do lots of things within the area you are working. Pay is awesome for a college student and of course you get free redbull

      Cons

      consistently changing hours with short deadlines. Have to get along with those you work with closely(stuck in a car for many hours).
