Pros

Cons

if you ever plan on having a life then this is not a job for you.. your awake at 4am and dont get home till 6 at night.. and for you to even have a short day and be off and heading home at around 2-3pm that is completely unacceptable.. this company is a complete joke!! they do nothing to assist you the managers dont want to do anything but sit at there desks and complain to the ASM's about everything.. when we launched the new product of flavors i literally worked that whole week from 5am to 9pm everday that week with ZERO overtime pay this company sucks and if you even remotely attempt this job you will regret it with every fiber of your being.

Pros

Great, fun, and modern company to work for. Great incentives and fun working environment.

Cons

They have a high turnover rate and will terminate employees without proper cause. The training program is lacking and the team initiative as well as management needs work.

Pros

The job is really fun in itself where you get to drive the mini coop, hand out free samples, wear cute clothes and also attend some of the awesome Red Bull Events. Also, I got really lucky with my team because we all work really well with each other and I love every single one of them :)

Cons

This company is very based off of "favorites" and who you know. You could be the best worker but if others in the company don't like you, you won't get anywhere. Also, being on the lower tier of work for Red Bull you sometimes don't get treated as well. During one of the events, I had to stand outside and check people in wearing nothing but a thin long sleeve in Chicago freezing winter temperature. People were walking in with huge winter jackets and everyone felt so bad for the red bull girls shivering outside. Not the best moment in my experience and there were more similar instances that made me question staying at the job. If it wasn't for how awesome the team was I probably wouldn't have stayed on for this long.
