Pros

You get to meet a lot of great people, make your own schedule, make really great friends. I have met athletes, musicians, and gotten into events that I wouldn't have otherwise

Cons

This is a great college job! Limited opportunity for advancement, though. Once you graduate from college, you have to leave the team.

Pros

Not many pros, but great brand & flexible hours....made some good friends along the way!

Cons

Great for a young, inexperienced work force; unprofessional work environment; empowerment to favorites only & ridiculous micro-management for everyone else; will terminate employees without proper cause (regardless of tenure with company); no confidentiality within HR; no accountability for the young, hip workforce; lacks true leadership; lots of internal politics; management threatened by experience

Pros

Epic brand where you'll learn a lot from, great people, global opportunities and at the forefront of media.

Cons

Changed to a more corporate structure and not like the old days which set the brand apart from the competition.
