Pros

-events, fellow SBM's, and the Wing's Team (girls in mini coopers) -the money for the amount of work -the brand is unbelievable and is easily relatable -Some of the people are great

Cons

-pyramid scheme -lack of direct sales impact -unrealistic expectations that lead to unethical decisions on a company wide basis -the role seems almost unnecessary at times, but they're in too deep to ever pull out of it

Pros

-Good pay -Great benefits -Access to plenty lots of fun events -Relaxed company culture

Cons

-Political system is an old boys club. Impossible to rise within the company without a direct connection to Austria (HQ) -Mentorship is non-existent -Lots of employees are un(der)qualified. Need to be more selective when hiring employees.
