Not a good place to work if you are a woman

Pros

Fun culture with opportunity to travel and get involved with events. If you are a man, plenty of career advancement opportunities and sure to be on a decent salary. Women not so much.

Cons

Hugely sexist environment - men far out earn female counterparts! Do not expect to be promoted within and be prepared fro highly inappropriate sexual advances and behaviour from Austrian colleagues.

Pros

This is literally one of the best college jobs, if your a social person this job is so much fun since you get to interact with all sorts of people and become really good friends with the other team members due to the amount of hours together in the mini. main pro's: -all the freedom as far as mission plans and just the fact that your not confined to an office all day or a desk -the company culture is awesome -attending events like sound space

Cons

there were two aspects about the position and company that really bothered me. -firstly I definitely noticed a lot of nepotism in the company. Who your friends with in the company seemed to have a major influence on whether a person would get an internship or other role in the company. -also about being on wings team I found it really frustrating how the fms did not seem to have enough time for wings team and would get most updates on the team and individual members progress based on the team captain. back to the nepotism aspect, the team captain would clearly schedule herself primarily only with the members she got along with, which is understandable however other members then are not given the opportunity to demonstrate work ethic or efforts. Other than those two major downsides the job is pretty great and if you have an opportunity to be on the team definitely go for it
