      Pros

      Rappi has potential like very few other start-ups in Latin America. When offered a seat in a rocket ship, one should take it. There´s this feeling that the Company is building something truly new and unique, which is simply inspiring. Top management is very talented. Exponential growth leaves tons of space for personal and professional growth opportunities

      Cons

      Culture is demanding and will require the best of you. If you are not interested in a challenge or want to be home by 5pm, this is probably not the company for you. Exponential growth has led to some disorder.

      Pros

      Rappi has a bold vision that is backed by a team unlike any in the region. Hard working team with a strong bias towards execution that follows big bold goals. Not an easy place to work, but ideal for highly ambitious and hard working people that are interested in changing the status quo and that have fun working with an objective of creating impact

      Cons

      Given the fast pace and the accelerated growth, company is still building internal processes. Might be a challenge for employees that are used to working at large organizations but for entrepreneurial minded people this is an opportunity to impact the company and build things from scratch.

      I come from consulting (McKinsey), and it has been an awesome experience to work in a startup like Rappi. We are pushed by ourselves and our peers to find solutions and implement them. Every day we have new challenges with a lot of personal and professional growth. I have had the opportunity of working in three different cities in 8 months.

      Cons

      Our culture involves a lot of hard work to transform an industry! I knew this from the beginning and have enjoyed every minute of it.
