Pros

Flexible work from home hours

Cons

bad management (not very kind and not very willing to work with you), Ops is difficult to work with, HR will bully you when you file a complaint. Contracted through RSR for several big name clients, however the clients will treat contractors poorly. Not very many opportunities to move up. poor benefits. Outsources jobs constantly

Pros

Direct Manager did not micro manage.

Cons

They do not pay overtime but if you are too busy the only way to keep up your workload is to work unpaid. When they downsize staff, it is based on favoritism by the director, not who is best to stay and complete remaining work. They definitely under pay compared to the work load and others in the industry.

Pros

Very little contact about your position, so no micro-managing or performance tracking outside of feedback from your contract.

Cons

Little contact also means that they do absolutely nothing to benefit you. The finance group is terrible with check issues (they always eventually correct issues but it takes time).
