      Networking, fast paced, high turnover so ability to move up to a certain level quickly as long as you are a "favorite"

      Cons

      Randstad has made a lot of changes including layoffs. They have also done some things to cause leaders to leave. Current leaders try to force their performing employees out so they can pick and choose to promote people that do not perform. Randstad has great ideas but poor execution as a company. They will also under pay your for your position. high turnover.

      This is a very relaxing job rule and the pears are awesome a company is good and I guess I like and I enjoy working here

      Cons

      I think the learning opportunities are quite limited because it's a very big team and rolls and responsibilities are scattered all over and you badly get to work on something outside of your job responsibilities and the rules that I am working on our saas tools and must learn to be honest
